We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented Program Manager and Analyst to join the AppleCare Project Portfolio Management (PPM) team. In this role, you will be a vital contributor to our capital planning cycles and operational governance across Integrated Technology Planning (ITP) and organizational reporting. Description You will guide business tracks through the capital planning lifecycle, coordinating project idea intake, evaluating submittals, and facilitating weekly planning forums. Alongside planning delivery, you will steward foundational governance programs including tracking contractor purchase orders, managing cost-savings and innovation initiatives, leading post-project lessons-learned reviews, and coordinating the annual Enfold compliance audit. Throughout these efforts, you will partner closely with product owners on testing and user validation for Stratosphere, our internal portfolio management platform. Additionally, you will stay abreast of emerging technologies and modern tools, actively identifying opportunities to integrate them into daily workflows to drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiency for the PPM team and our stakeholders. In this role, you will act as a central hub of consistency, accountability, and operational excellence within the AppleCare PPM team.
