Salary: £36,000 - 42,000 per year Requirements: At least three years of hands-on experience working for an MSP Strong 2nd/3rd line support and troubleshooting skills Experience handling technical escalations Confident communication with clients and colleagues Ability to work independently Full UK driving licence Based within reach of Edinburgh and the Lothians for client visits Practical experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, Windows Server, Group Policy, networking, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, virtualisation, backup and recovery, and endpoint and infrastructure security Microsoft certifications are welcome; practical experience is valued more highly Responsibilities: Provide hands-on 2nd/3rd line support across varied client environments Act as an escalation point for other engineers Work on infrastructure migrations Investigate unfamiliar problems, identify root causes, use available resources and take ownership through to resolution Visit clients as required, typically 1–2 days per week Technologies: Active Directory Support Microsoft 365 Security Windows Office 365 More: We are an established MSP based in Edinburgh, serving clients across Edinburgh and the Lothians.
