Salary: £73,205 - 73,205 per year Requirements: Significant experience with enterprise messaging systems, particularly Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365. Microsoft Certified: Exchange Online or Microsoft 365 Expert certification, with significant experience managing Microsoft Exchange environments across on-premises, online and hybrid configurations. Proven ability to manage mail flow, transport rules, connectors and security configurations, as well as PowerShell scripting and automation. Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD and API integrations, including Microsoft Graph, EWS and REST. Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives and cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes. Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills. Experience with other Microsoft 365 services, such as Purview, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. Responsibilities: Take ownership of critical Microsoft messaging platforms to help keep services running smoothly and securely at scale. Lead the design and support of Exchange Online, hybrid and on-premises environments. Drive automation through PowerShell and APIs. Help shape the future of Microsoft 365 messaging and compliance services. Solve complex technical challenges, influence strategy and work with technical and business teams to deliver secure, resilient and high-performing solutions. Mentor others, champion best practice and help modernise enterprise messaging capabilities.
