Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Hands-on administration of Jira Service Management, Jira Software and Confluence Experience configuring workflows, SLAs, request types, queues, permissions and automation rules Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management Experience with Atlassian Assets (Insight), CMDB configuration and data relationships Experience integrating Jira with enterprise applications using REST APIs and webhooks Experience building dashboards, reports and Jira Plans to support delivery visibility Experience with Enterprise Service Management, Opsgenie, SolarWinds or Azure DevOps is beneficial Responsibilities: Support and enhance an enterprise Atlassian environment Own platform configuration, service management workflows and integrations Optimise the platform, automation, reporting and service management across Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence and Atlassian Assets Improve service visibility, streamline processes and provide insights into operational performance and project delivery Technologies: Atlassian Azure CMDB Confluence DevOps Support ITIL JIRA REST Cloud More: We are seeking an experienced Jira Specialist for a six-month contract based in Kent, UK.
