About the Role: As a Finance Intern on Gusto's FBOS (Finance, BizOps & Strategy) team, you'll support business-partner orgs — CX, EPD, and Corporate Development — as Gusto scales. You'll be paired with a dedicated mentor and manager and contribute directly to live team roadmap work: financial reporting, cost-saving analysis, and cross-functional partnership projects — not intern busywork. Our Finance internship is a 12-week hybrid summer experience focused on making a meaningful impact by embedding you directly into our FBOS team. Each intern has a dedicated mentor and team manager who will support you as you onboard into Gusto’s AI-native systems, contribute to live projects, and help move the team’s roadmap forward.
