Salary: £28,000 - 34,000 per year Requirements: Solid experience troubleshooting Windows desktops and laptops, Office 365, software, hardware, and basic network connectivity Hands-on experience using Microsoft Defender to identify, investigate, and remediate vulnerabilities and security issues Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, Endpoint Manager, and Intune Hands-on Intune experience, particularly application packaging and deployment, is an advantage Ability to investigate problems independently, manage workload, and recognize when to escalate Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people Responsibilities: Provide onsite and remote desktop support across a multi-site environment Troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues and configure and deploy hardware and software Manage support tickets and help users make effective use of technology Manage user access and devices using Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, Endpoint Manager, and Intune Help maintain IT security standards, respond to incidents, and identify and understand current and emerging attack vectors Participate in small and medium-sized IT projects across network infrastructure and the desktop estate Test new hardware and software, work with third-party suppliers, and provide informal user training when new systems are introduced Technologies: Azure Hardware Support Microsoft 365 Network Office 365 Security Windows Cloud More: We are recruiting a Desktop Support Analyst to join our established IT team in Nottinghamshire.
