Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with a calm, approachable classroom style Ability to turn complex system workflows into practical, easy-to-follow learning Customer-focused and well-organised approach to managing time and travel Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, including occasional weekends Desirable: hotel industry training experience, a driving licence, additional languages, or storytelling-led learning design Responsibilities: Deliver instructor-led training for newly onboarding hotel properties, onsite or remotely Run post-go-live adoption sessions, masterclasses, and customer-specific ad hoc sessions Present product overviews, demonstrations, and full product training to internal colleagues Manage training administration, including invitations, travel bookings, expenses, and post-session recaps Coordinate with the Project Manager and delivery team to support smooth training handovers Report and help resolve support cases that arise during training Technologies: Support Project Manager More: We are recruiting for a Software Trainer – Hospitality, based in Hounslow, on a 12-month contract starting in mid-November. The role pays up to £230 per day via umbrella, inside IR35, and involves travel to customer sites across the UK and Europe for up to 70% of the time. The first few weeks will be spent learning the product at our Hounslow office, followed by mostly onsite and occasional remote training sessions of up to five days.
