Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements: Strong infrastructure background, ideally gained within an MSP Experience across Microsoft infrastructure, virtualisation, networking and cloud technologies Track record of delivering projects and supporting complex environments Customer-focused approach with real ownership of work Able to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team Responsibilities: Deliver infrastructure projects, migrations and upgrades across customer environments Provide technical consultancy and senior-level support when required Work closely with customers to understand their requirements Troubleshoot complex issues See projects through from design to delivery Contribute to technical documentation Help improve internal processes where opportunities arise Support the wider engineering team by sharing knowledge Act as an escalation point for more technical challenges Technologies: Cloud Support DevOps LESS More: We are one of the UKs leading MSPs, with a Chorley office that has retained a close-knit, collaborative feel where everyone works together and shares knowledge. We offer a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 plus benefits including 24 days annual leave, 8 bank holidays, private healthcare and dental, and a birthday off. The role is based in Chorley with 4 days a week in the office, and there is occasional travel to customer sites and data centres.
