Salary: £35,000 - 43,000 per year Requirements: Experience using Power Automate and Power Apps in a production environment Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Intune Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience supporting end users in an IT support or systems role Power BI, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, or Dataverse experience is advantageous Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint solutions Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and Intune Build reports and dashboards using Power BI Provide first- and second-line IT support to users across UK and international offices Improve automation, governance, security, and user adoption across our business Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, device estates, and modern workplace technologies Technologies: API Cloud Support Microsoft 365 Power BI PowerShell Security SharePoint Office 365 More: Join our growing, international, cloud-first organisation in Ross-on-Wye, where technology supports global operations.
