Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: Strong 2nd Line IT Support experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure / Entra ID and Exchange Active Directory and Group Policy experience Datto RMM or Autotask PSA experience strongly preferred Strong networking skills, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11, hardware and software Software deployment and PowerShell knowledge advantageous Excellent ticket and queue management skills Exceptional customer service and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly Proactive approach to providing regular customer updates Strong ownership of tickets from initial investigation through resolution Adaptable, personable and comfortable working within a small MSP Previous MSP experience advantageous Responsibilities: Provide hands-on 2nd line support across multiple customer environments Take ownership of technical issues through to resolution Communicate clearly with customers and keep users regularly updated Manage tickets and queues effectively Technologies: Active Directory Azure Hardware Support LAN Microsoft 365 PowerShell Security TCP/IP VPN Windows Office 365 Cloud More: Were seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a small MSP providing managed IT and cyber security services.
