Salary: £65,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Proven track record delivering vendor-led SaaS implementation projects Extensive technical project management experience, ideally with external clients or third-party customers, balancing competing priorities and tight deadlines Strong discipline in maintaining project plans, risk and issue logs, action trackers, and project governance Sound knowledge of the software delivery and implementation lifecycle, with an interest in best practice Collaborative approach and comfort working across pre-sales, software engineering, delivery, and customer success teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and welcome change Confidence engaging with senior and executive stakeholders, internally and externally Commitment to continuous improvement Relevant certifications are desirable FinTech or financial services background is desirable Experience with ADO or Azure DevOps Boards is desirable Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day delivery of client implementations of our core SaaS platform Build and maintain project plans balancing delivery speed, resource, scope, and budget across approximately three to four concurrent projects, typically with a three-month turnaround Apply suitable methodologies and processes within a hybrid Agile and Waterfall function Track and report progress, milestones, and momentum across concurrent projects Lead status meetings with project teams and clients, recording decisions, actions, risks, and issues Guide, mentor, and motivate less senior Project Managers Resolve blockers and handle client queries and escalations Raise risks and issues promptly and agree mitigations with internal teams and client project leads Create or lead the creation of project documentation, including charters, plans, issue logs, test plans, and go-live runbooks Partner with Customer Success, Delivery, and Marketing colleagues to build satisfied, referenceable clients and identify growth opportunities Forecast resourcing needs to support company-wide planning Own client engagements from kick-off through go-live, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track Technologies: Azure Cloud DevOps Support LESS Marketing Project Manager More: We are recruiting for a fast-growing provider of a cloud-based platform that helps organisations automate and control large volumes of complex data.
