Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, accounting principles, and sensitive financial data governance. High technical proficiency in Workday Finance or similar ERPs and financial reporting tools for complex data extraction and querying. Experience working with consolidation platforms such as OneStream and cross-functional finance system touchpoints. Strong SQL, BigQuery, and spreadsheet skills, with a commitment to building transparent KPIs, automated dashboards, and data validation controls. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex finance needs into technical specifications. Strong communication skills to build cross-functional relationships, understand internal and external partners, and influence stakeholders. A proactive, self-starter mindset and comfort navigating uncertainty while staying committed to goals and driving excellence. Responsibilities: Lead analysis of financial data flows between primary ERP systems, such as Workday, and upstream and downstream tools to reduce manual adjustments. Drive month-end close process optimization, using our data ecosystem to improve accuracy and real-time visibility. Collaborate with our Governance Lead and Master Data Management team to establish data quality standards and transparent data dictionaries. Acquire, manage, and maintain robust data pipelines from primary and secondary systems to support Global Finance Operations. Build and maintain automated reporting frameworks for Record to Report KPIs and OKRs to track tower-level performance and initiatives. Identify and communicate process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities to leadership using data-driven evidence. Evaluate AI, automation, and process-mining use cases with our Tech and Data & Analytics teams to drive efficiency and innovation. Mentor colleagues and guide them on analytical tools, methods, and best practices. Foster data literacy by delivering training and awareness sessions focused on analytics and AI readiness.
